Contractor
The contractor sees how much is done on each contract line, reviews the reports and exports the month to Excel. The client never sees the contractor's prices with the subcontractor.

The client logs in and sees only their own site: reports, contract lines, photos, PDF. They cannot change anything and do not see other companies' prices.

Contract lines are set up with quantity and price, for example 120 detectors or 900 metres of cable. Each crew report adds what was done that day to its line, so progress shows in units and metres, not in words. At month end there is one Excel export for all lines. Work outside the contract is not lost: it stays in the report notes and photos.
Everyone works in their own language.
Each person chooses the interface language for themselves. On Israeli sites it is usually Hebrew, Russian, Arabic or English. Notes and messages are shown to the reader in their language, even if they were written in another. The daily work log (יומן עבודה) is the usual form, with your company logo.

The crew hands in work the way the site allows.
No task set up in time
The crew still hands in the report: quantities, materials, people, photos. Yomit creates a record for that day, and the work goes into the books. Tasks can still be planned ahead as usual; the report just does not wait for them.
A task from an order photo
Take a photo of the client's order and Yomit fills in a draft: client, site, address and lines. You check it and save. Needs a connection, and not every order is recognised.
No signal
Basement, shaft, roof. The report, photos, materials, start and end of day are kept on the phone and sent once the network is back.
In their own language
Everyone on site sees the app in their own language, Hebrew, Russian, Arabic or English, and hands in the report in it.

Questions and answers
What does my client see?
Progress on their own site: reports, progress per line item, photos, PDF. They log in with their own account, see only their site and can't change anything.
What's in it for my subcontractor?
It's easier for them to confirm the work: quantities and photos are visible to you and the client right away, no retelling.
Will my client see my prices with the subcontractor?
No. Everyone sees only their own.
Nobody on our team fills anything in.
Then start with the report. The crew can hand it in even if nobody set up the task in time. A task can be drafted from a photo of the order and checked before saving. The report goes in without signal and in the language of whoever hands it in.
Will any order be recognised from a photo?
Israeli work orders and price quotes work best. It needs a connection, and you check the result before saving.
Can the report use the form we're used to?
Yes: the daily work log (יומן עבודה) on the common form, with your company logo. Custom forms and integrations — by arrangement with support, priced separately.
Does it work offline?
Site work, yes. Finance, staff records and order recognition need a connection.
Do you track workers?
Geofences and arrival tracking work only if your company turns them on and the worker agrees, and only during the workday. We don't sell data.
Does it run payroll?
It prepares it: timesheet, gross, net, contributions, full employee cost, a sheet for your accountant. The official calculation and payslip stay with the accountant.
Will it tell me how much to hold for vacation and sick pay?
Yes, as of today: accrued vacation and sick days in money, plus the part of severance you keep in-house — per employee and in total. It's an estimate for decisions; the final settlement on termination stays with your accountant.
Can an employee see what they cost the company?
Yes, if the company shows pay to employees. In the app and their account they see expected pay for the month, vacation and sick-day balance, and their full cost to the company — employer contributions included. You turn this on or off in company settings.
Is this accounting software?
No. Management accounting: money, invoices, due dates and real costs inside the company. Tax documents, filings and payments stay outside Yomit.
How much is it?
